- For each address within the United States, the following charges apply:
- Domestic ground shipping: Free. Please allow 4-5 business days.
- For each address outside the United States, the following charges apply:
- International standard shipping is based on location. Please allow extra time for international shipments.
Returns
- Purchases made on elmadawynewyork.com may be returned by mail.
- Unworn or unaltered merchandise may be returned.
- A credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
- Price adjustments will be honored within 10 days of the purchase and issued in the original form of payment.
- We will process your refund within approximately 10 days of receiving your merchandise and we will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
- Upon receipt of returned goods, elmadawynewyork.com reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise doesn’t meet return policy requirements. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.
